Assistant Manager
As part of the Subway team, you will focus on seven main things :
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
In addition to the role of a Shift Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of :

Prerequisites
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
Essential Functions : Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
