Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for carriers, MGAs / MGUs, agencies, brokers, and TPAs to enhance their policy administration and billing operations
Assist clients in modernizing core systems and streamlining operations through tailored solutions
Influence the modernization of the U.S. insurance market by presenting solutions to senior operations leaders
Required Qualifications
10+ years of sales or business development experience in insurance or policy / billing operations
Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise sales cycles with near-$500M total contract value
Experience in selling global transformation and outsourcing initiatives
Strong understanding of policy lifecycle workflows and billing operations
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
