Urgent Care & Occupational Medical Director – Santa Rosa, California – $100K hiring bonus

Location :  Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County)

Schedule :  Flexible—4 or 5 day work week (No nights, weekends, or call)

Compensation :  $261,000 – $325,000 base salary + $100,000 hiring bonus + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend

We are seeking a motivated physician to serve as  Clinic Medical Director  in vibrant Santa Rosa, the heart of Sonoma County. This unique role blends  hands-on clinical practice  with  leadership responsibilities , allowing you to directly impact patient care while guiding a talented clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000 hiring bonus  (paid over 2 years)

Highly competitive salary :  $261,000–$325,000 (plus director stipend)

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted CA medical license

DEA license (required prior to start)

Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS / AOA specialty preferred

Medicare eligible

FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
