Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering superior, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit / department during their shift. Working collaboratively with the management team, the CNC will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care according to established policies and procedures, serve as a resource for staff, and embody the organization's vision and mission to promote exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
