Salary Range : $310,000 - $535,000

• Immediate need for a Private Equity Fund Formation associate with 4-7 years of experience .
• Ideal candidates will have large firm experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors on a variety of complex fund formation matters, co-investments and secondary transactions.
