Student Case Manager

Greeley, CO – $25.29 / hr

We are seeking a Student Case Manager to support the CARE Office with front-desk assistance, student support, and non-clinical case management. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist students who may be in distress.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist students, schedule appointments, and complete CARE Reports
• Provide front desk and phone support, including referrals to CARE / Counseling
• Conduct needs assessments and provide non-clinical case management
• Guide students through campus / community resources.
• Assist with applications for support programs
• Maintain updated resource guides and support CARE / Counseling projects
• Participate in outreach and events as needed
