Our Telecommunications Company is a full-service communications general contractor with a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right for the project and our customers. We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Billing Coordinator for our Mishawaka, IN office.
The Billing Coordinator serves as a point of contact between the sub-contractor crew, the Direct Line Customer, and the Company. This position monitors daily completions and new ticket information.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Logging into customer portal
- Creating new tickets / orders
- Maintaining an open ticket / order list
- Scheduling jobs
- Communicating with customer, crews, and homeowners
- Closing tickets / orders
- Maintaining closed ticket / order list
- Entering information in work in progress log
- Light accounting
This is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes :

The ideal candidate for Billing Coordinator will have a minimum of a HS Diploma.
