A company is looking for a Clinical Solutions Clinician.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary clinical resource for internal teams, providing expertise on best practices and emerging healthcare trends

Translate best practice clinical behaviors to improve patient outcomes and monitor key clinical performance indicators

Lead the design and implementation of clinical programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment

Required Qualifications :

Active Clinical Licensure / Certification (e.g., RN, CNM, NP, LCSW, or Certified Doula)

Minimum of 3+ years in clinical leadership, management, or focused project roles

Minimum of 5+ years in direct patient-care roles

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
