Join our team democratizing tax planning to all!Job SummaryAs a Growth Consultant, you will be a key member of TaxPlanIQ, contributing to the success of our Growth Plan clients (accounting firms, financial advisor executives, and other tax advisor entrepreneurs) through personalized 1 : 1 advisory sessions. You will help clients build strategic tax plans, answer technical tax questions, and walk new clients through Growth Plan expectations and guarantees. In this role, you will also support internal training efforts, contribute to updates of training materials, and be held to a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Your expertise in tax strategy, platform knowledge, and problem-solving will directly impact client outcomes. Growth Consultants are also expected to stay current on platform features and best practices to maximize client success. There will be opportunities to influence new features and enhancements of the TaxPlanIQ product, alongside group webinars and teaching.Minimum Requirements : CPA, tax attorney, or EA designation requiredMust have at least 2 years of Tax Technical experience working with tax strategies and tax research. Note : You do not need to own your own firm. We welcome candidates with experience in public accounting, private firms, or in-house tax departments who have hands-on exposure to strategic tax planning and client advisory work.Demonstrated track record of  customer satisfaction that can be proven with client reviews, ratings or other meansMinimum 1 year of experience using TaxPlanIQ, or comparable software and you pick up on new tech easily and excitedlyAt least 1 year of experience training or coaching professionalsQualifications and Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2 years of Tax Advisory experienceMinimum 2 years of Tax Technical experience with tax strategiesExperience selling tax plans or coaching professionals to sell themStrong client service and relationship management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and demonstrated problem-solving abilityExperience in designing or supporting training curriculum preferredProvide expert guidance and strategic support to Growth Plan subscribersConduct one-on-one meetings to help clients create and refine tax plans using TaxPlanIQRespond to customer questions related to tax strategies, planning, and software navigation.Leverage TaxPlanIQ to optimize tax planning outcomes and subscriber ROIOffer advisory support that helps clients position and sell their tax plans effectively.Ensure subscriber satisfaction through timely responses, accurate guidance, and proactive follow-upTrain and coach professionals using best practices, real-world case studies, and strategic guidanceCollaborate with internal team members to support and improve training curriculumStay informed of new platform features and best practices to maximize client successKnowledge, Skills, and Other AbilitiesStrong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilitiesCollaborative mindset and ability to work across departments in a virtual settingClear communication and the ability to handle complex client scenariosBenefitsCompetitive base salaryCommission pay401(k)Dental insuranceVision insuranceHealth InsuranceUnlimited PTORemote work environmentProfessional development opportunitiesPhysical Demands The physical demands described here represent those an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
