Intro Summary

Manage the planning and delivery of sensor-based software solutions on DoD programs. Build secure product roadmaps, oversee CI / CD implementations, and align milestones with mission-focused requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product development strategy and execution under secure SDLC guidelines.

Create and manage work plans, milestones, and deliverables based on stakeholder needs.

Oversee CI / CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery compliance.

Coordinate with small‑to‑medium enterprise teams beyond bare‑bones development.

Communicate effectively with DoD customers and translate technical scope into product features.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + 12 years experience, or Master's + 10 years.

8+ years in software development or development management.

Desired Skills & Experience

Extensive experience on DoD programs.

Strong grasp of secure SDLC, product lifecycle, and implementation principles.

Comfort working with CI / CD and small enterprise settings.

TS / SCI with polygraph is required.
