Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior Architect to lead and oversee projects in the healthcare sector. This role is essential for managing the planning, design, and construction of Medical Office Buildings (MOBs), ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple healthcare architecture projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and proposals.

Utilize Revit for developing architectural designs and documentation.

Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations for healthcare facilities.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.

Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and executive management.

Collaborate cross-functional teams to resolve design and construction issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and architectural design, specifically in healthcare.

Proven expertise in managing Medical Office Building (MOB) projects.

Licensure as an Architect (AIA and NCARB certification preferred).

Strong knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD regulations.

Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
