The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and effective coordination of nursing functions during their shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care while being a resource for staff, embodying our commitment to exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to ensure high-quality care.Participate in assessing and improving the quality of patient care services.Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff for better outcomes.Engage in service recovery and promote a patient-first philosophy.Support nursing engagement strategies and assist in staff selection and training.Manage staff scheduling and labor needs efficiently.Oversee inventory control and supply management.Qualifications :
