The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and effective coordination of nursing functions during their shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care while being a resource for staff, embodying our commitment to exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to ensure high-quality care.

Participate in assessing and improving the quality of patient care services.

Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff for better outcomes.

Engage in service recovery and promote a patient-first philosophy.

Support nursing engagement strategies and assist in staff selection and training.

Manage staff scheduling and labor needs efficiently.

Oversee inventory control and supply management.

Qualifications :

Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in perioperative healthcare is required.

Leadership experience preferred.

Active RN license as required by the state of employment.

Valid BCLS Certification required; ACLS, PALS as per facility needs.
