Project Manager / Estimator (Waterproofing)

We are looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in the waterproofing / weatherproofing industry to join a growing team in the Minneapolis, MN area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management. [Duties ] Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine accurate cost estimates. Direct day-to-day activities on-site and manage subcontractor performance. Maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and job cost reports.
