About our Opportunity: * Explore several clinic locations around the Kansas City area * Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, no call * Utilize EPIC EMR * Work with our network of specialists when needed and as appropriate * Helps direct and participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of appropriate standards of care, quality assurance indicators, patient care protocols and medical records. * Join a great team of APP and clinic staff support (numbers dependent on location) * Work within a culture of maintaining a whole-person approach to wellness, focusing on mind, body and spirit * Provides education to patient s family regarding diagnoses, treatment, prevention, safety, etc. * Collaborate with other physicians and staff in a family-oriented setting Employment Details: * Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component. * Sign-on bonus * Retirement program comprised of a 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan. * Offerings include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage. * Competitive time off plan and wellness benefits. * Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
