Responsibilities of the Construction Accounting Clerk :

Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor pay applications accurately and in a timely manner.

Perform job cost coding to allocate expenses to the correct project, phase, and cost code.

Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.

Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Assist with lien waivers, compliance documentation, and subcontractor payment processes.

Qualifications of the Construction Accounting Clerk :

1-5+ years of construction experience.

3+ years of AP or accounting experience.

Experience with Vista Viewpoint or Procore highly desired.

Strong communication and follow up skills.
