Responsibilities

Job Description : Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in the Norfolk, VA area. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting to support the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, engage with key Army stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with team members. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with engineering team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Job Duties Include (but not limited to) :

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts / operators in a classroom setting.
• Staff the Help Desk : respond to user requests and work with thePalantirengineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to thePalantirengineering team about product.
