Senior Director of Engagement

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Offline Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels to drive acquisition and loyalty

Negotiate with and manage Consumer Engagement agencies for in-market programs and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Identify untapped geographies for market entry and develop tailored strategies to increase presence and market share

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in executing engagement programs in offline channels

Proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams

Strong preference for candidates with US nicotine category experience or CPG products in regulated industries

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
