We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests, supporting the smooth operation of outpatient services. Your ability to provide excellent service and maintain accuracy in administrative tasks will be key to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, warmly greeting them upon arrival.
• Accurately check clients in and out, ensuring all necessary information is updated during the process.
• Manage appointment scheduling for clients and providers, including confirmation and follow-up calls.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain efficient client flow through scheduled services.
• Handle distribution of faxes and client satisfaction surveys in alignment with department procedures.
• Assist with resolving pending client issues, offering timely and effective follow-up.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned, maintaining operational readiness.
• Ensure accurate data entry into systems to uphold integrity and quality standards.
• Provide support across various administrative functions to enhance team efficiency.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or healthcare setting.
• Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing schedules with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage email correspondence and order entry efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
