The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the CMO, shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services Assist the CMO in implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning, and provider scheduling Complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers Complete patient notes / administrative duties (8 admin hours given per week) Leadership and supervisory experience required Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and communities, enriching your clinical experience and cultural competence.
