This company is a major supplier and fabricator of edge banding materials used by cabinet makers, commercial millworkers, and fixture manufacturers across North America.
You’ll join a tight-knit, smaller team with a supportive management style and plenty of opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments. Customer Service Representative Duties :
Enter customer orders into the computer system with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle customer communications via phone and email
Complete general administrative tasks including filing and record keeping
Assist with will call orders and support other departments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule :
Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
Pay : $23.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
At least 2 years of office-based administrative or customer service experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite for communication and data entry
Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed (35 pounds regularly)
