[job_card.job_description]Lead with Purpose : Motivate and guide a team of canvassers to exceed goals and perform at their best. Be Hands-On : This is an active role. Youll walk neighborhoods knock doors and lead by example in the field. Start from the Ground Up : All managers begin with entry-level canvassing training to build a strong foundation. Coach & Develop : Provide consistent mentorship feedback and clear direction to help your team grow. Engage Homeowners : Train your team to build trust and start meaningful conversations that lead to quality appointments. Deliver Results : Set and surpass daily weekly and monthly performance goals. Team Transport : At some point in the role you may be responsible for driving a company vehicle to move your team between canvassing locations. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required. Full-time : 40 hours / week Workdays : Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility may be required) San Diego region Field-based role with local travel required

Compensation :
- $25$27 / hour (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commissions bonuses
- Average monthly bonus : $1200 $4500
