Outbound Appointment Setter - Business to Business

Our client, a dynamic player in the business development sector, is seeking a Sales Appointment Setter to join their team. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will be part of the sales department supporting our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calming presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $20.20 per hour + incentives Full to Part time Openings

What's the Job?

• Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with potential clients.
• Engage with individuals who may not be familiar with our services.
• Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
• Meet daily goals of setting appointments to maximize your work hours.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
