We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Liaison/ Account Executive. A successful candidate will have experience collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other medical professionals in the North San Diego Community. This position requires regular contact with referral sources, and candidates with excellent communication skills.
The Community Liaison/ Account Executive is responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies for the company's services through personal effort and through the cooperation of a supportive team and management. By establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals affiliates, clinics, care facilities, and in the healthcare community in general, you will promote services , and excellent outcomes for our patients and strategic partners.

COMMUNITY LIAISON/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary goals
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Assists members of the marketing team as needed.
• Provides assistance in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of markets including government agencies, major payer groups, and key referral sources.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources
• Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
