Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - Hayward, CA

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) jobs in Hayward, CA offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, and document progress and outcomes. Participation in discharge planning and transitional care coordination is also part of your responsibilities.
