Transactions Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Transactions Processing Specialist to ensure accurate processing of broker onboarding agreements and commission payments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ad hoc analysis of large data sets to resolve broker issues and analyze team performance metrics

Support the implementation of reporting, systems, and process changes for Broker-driven sales growth

Generate business and financial analysis models and conduct reporting on broker commissions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in high-volume transaction processing, back-office operations, or operations analysis

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in Economics, Finance, or Business

Energy industry experience preferred, particularly in utility and deregulated energy markets

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools like PowerBI

Knowledge of CRM and / or commission platforms such as Hawkeye, SCM, Siebel, or SAP is a plus
