Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal talent profiles
Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or technology environments
Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive talent
Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring leaders
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology tools
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
