Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency clients and manage campaign execution
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign workflows
Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimization, while identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in client success, client services, account management, or campaign management
Background in digital advertising, media, adtech, or agency environments
Strong understanding of programmatic media and campaign execution
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Experience supporting or managing long-running, performance-driven campaigns
