A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and planning for North America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage indirect and income tax compliance, including filings and audits
Prepare tax provisions and support tax disclosures for financial statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Tax preferred
4-7+ years of experience in U.S. state and local sales tax, with a mix of public accounting and in-house tax experience
Working knowledge of income tax concepts and federal taxes
Strong knowledge of ASC 450 and working knowledge of ASC 740
Experience with tax software such as Avalara and Netsuite; proficiency in Excel required
