Doug Smith Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented lot technician to join our team in Spanish Fork, UT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly prepared and displayed to create a positive impression for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of the dealership lot, including sweeping, removing trash, and organizing vehicles.
• Move, arrange, and prepare vehicles on the lot as directed by management or sales staff
• Assist in vehicle delivery and pick-up processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to report any visible damage or issues to the service department.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate efficient vehicle flow and lot presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate dealership vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of lot appearance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience in automotive lot management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
