• Performing essential tasks such as dusting and polishing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and cleaning floors.
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or items needing repair promptly.
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms to ensure smooth operations.
• Engaging in deep cleaning projects and special tasks as needed, including mattress flipping and furniture rearranging.
• Delivering guest requests and assisting with cleaning guest rooms as needed.
