Dedicated Team Reefer Truck Driver

Sprouts Farmers Market offers a dedicated team reefer truck driver position with an average pay of $1,350-$1,650 weekly. Home time is weekly. The job involves hauling produce in reefer trailers, with 100% no-touch freight, 5 loads per week with 4 stop-offs per load. Drivers will operate within AL, FL, GA, KS, OK, TN, and TX. The Team Pet Policy allows drivers to take their dog or cat on the road.

Pay and bonus potential includes mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. There is also weekly performance pay, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Drivers can earn an annual bonus of up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications include a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and living within 60 miles of Wilmer, TX. CDL training is available at company expense.
