• Assume a key role in the development and optimization of utilization management program, implementation of clinical pathways, lead and participate in team conferences.
• Provide expert clinical support to our talented team of healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.
• Serve as a mentor and inspire the next generation of RN leaders.

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse with current state licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory nursing experience

Experience in the home health setting.

Strong understanding of medication management, disease processes, and symptom management

Valid driver's license and current CPR certification
