What we offer:
The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing event reservations and catering requests for a wide range of clients, including student organizations, university departments, and non-university groups. Requests are received through virtual platforms, in-person meetings, and email. This position plays a critical role in ensuring events are accurately scheduled, properly staffed, and fully compliant with University policies and operational requirements.
The Event Coordinator must effectively prioritize reservation requests based on space availability, event complexity, scope, and institutional needs while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
