Director of Rehabilitation (Director of Rehab)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs. The Director will lead therapy teams, ensure high-quality patient care, manage departmental workflows, and support the growth and effectiveness of all rehab services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage rehabilitation department operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead and support therapy teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor therapy caseloads, productivity, and overall program performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for therapy staff.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Several years of clinical experience in rehabilitation; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapy operations, workflow management, and patient care standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support departmental growth.
