Paperless Environments has been revolutionizing ouraccounts payable workflow automation and document management software since 2005. Our innovative software solutions are used by over 2,000 customers in all 50 states and 5 other countries. Our software enables customers to efficiently manage their accounts payable processing through workflow automation, document management, and accounting system integration. Our products have wide ranging tech stacks that include desktop, SaaS, and mobile offerings.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Software Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will bring expert-level problem-solving skills and align with our companys core values.
What you will be doing :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex cases when needed
- Document support interactions and resolutions comprehensively
- Educate clients on software features and best practices to optimize their experience
- Assist in developing knowledge base articles
- Provide hands-on support by addressing technical problems, answering how-to questions, and offering tailored solutions
- Communicate with customers via support tickets, phone calls, and remote sessions
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, escalate issues, and submit feature requests
