Your Role : Caring with Purpose

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of our residents while creating meaningful connections. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Daily Living Assistance : Help residents with tasks such as getting in and out of bed, bathing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Health Monitoring : Take and report vital signs, assist with food, water, and medication intake, and ensure residents' comfort and safety.
• Comfort & Support : Reposition immobile patients to prevent bedsores, provide emotional support, and communicate compassionately with residents and their families.
• Observation & Reporting : Monitor and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or needs to the nursing team.
