You understand the smallest details that go into making an exceptional dining experience. You are keenly aware of your team’s actions and constantly tune all parts of service to make it purr. You have worked in fine dining environments at a high level and understand open handed service. You are knowledgeable in all things restaurant; food knowledge, wine service, liquor & spirits and above all – hospitality. You love your team and you love people and hospitality.
