Synaptic Pediatric Therapies seeks a friendly and organized Clinic Administrator for our Wylie clinic. If you're passionate about helping children and enjoy a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

About Us:

• Growing pediatric therapy clinic with a supportive team in Wylie.
• Dedicated to providing excellent speech and occupational therapy.

Your Role:

• Full-time Front Desk Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
• $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
• Key point of contact for patients and families.
• Support clinic operations and our therapy team.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Greet families warmly and professionally.
• Maintain organized patient records.
• Handle office tasks and order supplies.
• Assist therapists and support staff.
• Explain pre-appointment information to clients.
• Verify insurance and communicate with providers.
• Process payments.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of front office experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Experience with insurance verification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus).
• Compassion for children and families.
