Job Summary :
We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for critical banking and financial applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment . The candidate will be responsible for incident management issue resolution root cause analysis and continuous improvement of production systems ensuring high availability and stability for clients business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2 / 3 production support for enterprise applications within the Banking / Financial Services domain.
- Monitor application health performance and batch jobs using standard monitoring tools.
- Respond to incidents service requests and alerts ensuring timely resolution per SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with development infrastructure and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Manage change release and deployment activities with proper documentation and approvals.
Required Skills & Experience :
5 8 years of experience in production support / application support within banking or financial institutions.Strong knowledge of UNIX / Linux SQL (Oracle DB2 or Sybase) and Shell / Python scripting.Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow Remedy or JIRA etc).Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M Autosys or similar).Understanding of application architecture web services and message queues (MQ Kafka etc.).Ability to analyze logs troubleshoot issues and identify performance bottlenecks.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced global support environment.Regards
