We have an opportunity for a Tax Senior to join our team. The Tax Team provides tax planning and compliance services to businesses, individuals, trusts and estates, and foundations. Our team of tax professionals has proven expertise in these areas, as well as in multi-state income and sales tax matters.

What to expect:

As a Tax Senior, you will play an integral role in the preparation and completion of a wide range of complex tax engagements. You will have supervisory and review responsibilities of staff accountants, and communicate regularly with firm management and clients regarding engagement status and significant engagement issues. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing quality, timely and responsive services and work products. As a professional, you have an uncompromising commitment to quality work, an ability to research complex accounting and financial issues, a desire for continued professional advancement, the flexibility to adapt to changing demands and you recognize the value of sharing knowledge with your fellow associates to foster a learning environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or Masters in Accounting with a minimum of three years of tax experience in public accounting
Licensed CPA a plus
Knowledge of Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, and Estates/Trusts
Technically strong
Achieve firm standards of productivity and realization
Ability to use professional judgement and independent thinking
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with ProSystems fx Engagement is a plus
QuickBooks experience a plus
