LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Permanent Position : ICU RN

Salary Range Hourly : $26.98 - $43.17

Salary Range Annually : $56,118.40 -  $89,793.60

Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule : 5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 6 months, and 2,500 after 1 year

Experience : One year of nursing experience related to a specialty area preferred; one year of medical surgical nursing experience required. Telemetry and ICU experience required

Shift Times : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Hours / Day : 12

Shift Notes : 36 hours / 3 days a week guaranteed

Weekend Requirements : Weekend Rotation

Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)\nClient utilizes Allscripts Paragon\nMust be able to read vital signs and provide injections / vaccinations\nMust be able and willing to float without hesitation\n2 bed unit (step-down unit nursing position that must float to Med Surge and regular ICU)\nPatient ratio is 2 : 1\n4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor- Hands- On Training\n
