Customer Service Representative – JCampus / JPAMS Support

Location : Shreveport, LA 71105

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM

Salary : $45,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with proven, hands-on JCampus / JPAMS experience. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, tracking case progress, and ensuring smooth and accurate system use for school district personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding JCAMPUS / JPAMS functionality, navigation, and troubleshooting.

Monitor and track customer cases in the support system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Accurately perform data entry and system updates within JCampus / JPAMS.

Support team goals and contribute to meeting service-level expectations.

Assist in developing or improving procedures to enhance the customer service experience.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency and prior experience with JCampus / JPAMS is required (non-negotiable).

Previous customer service or client support experience, preferably with web-based software.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

High attention to detail, especially in data entry and system accuracy.

Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
