Real Estate Attorney

I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Virginia. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with commercial real estate transactions. This could be a fully remote position for a candidate with a strong background who is in VA and experience with VA commercial real estate.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with commercial real estate
• Draft contracts and negotiate real estate transactions
• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
• Experience with purchase and sale transactions, transfer of titles, handling complex real estate deals
• Admitted and practicing in VA
