308 Solutions Group is currently seeking a Service Electrician who wants to do more than rough in and trim out houses day in and day out. This position would be perfect for an Electrician with residential and commercial experience who is comfortable being in front of customers. Experience with sales and service may be beneficial.

What You’ll Do :

• Install, repair, and maintain  electrical systems, services, and equipment
• Communicate with customers about their issues, material needs, and job costs
• Complete service requests, invoicing, and take payments from customers
• Lead small crews (2-5 electricians) in small remodel or new build jobs as needed
• Set high standards of performance, quality, safety, integrity, and accountability for yourself and your team
• Be a team player with an ability to develop and use relationships to facilitate the completion of work goals
• Provide excellent customer relations through utilization of effective Solution based techniques
• Teach, lead, and grow young electricians into the tradesmen you want to work with

Position Requirements

Compensation Range is $45,000 to $70,000 based on experience and capabilities.
