We are working with a women-owned engineering company that was rated as one of the best places to work in Chicago.
They are looking to add a Project Accountant to their team!
You will :
- Set up projects / budgets in accounting software (fees, billing basis, consultant costs, expenses & etc.)
- Keep all project documentation filed and organized.
- Prepare monthly draft invoices for Billing Managers to review and ensure correct contract terms, client information, and overall accuracy are in line with contractual agreements.
