A company is looking for a Manager of DevOps to lead a team of DevOps engineers in enhancing infrastructure reliability and deployment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
Enhance platform reliability and developer experience through automation and system monitoring
Oversee cloud infrastructure and CI / CD systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions in production environments
5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with experience in infrastructure automation
2+ years of leadership experience in DevOps or SRE teams within cloud environments
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
