Abrazo West Campus (Currently 1 CRNA opening, though likely to expand more in 2026)

Level 1 trauma center in Goodyear, right off the I-10. Full autonomy, great variety of cases.

Trauma cases, neuro, Ortho - lots of regional opportunity, GI, cath lab, spine, General, OB

optional. Great fun group, tons to learn. Amazing resources to help grow your profession.

Annual income $330,000. 10 weeks off. Average 4 days of work per week. Post call days off, post

late days off. Great work life balance! Sign on bonus.

Banner Baywood Medical Center- (currently full but likely to add winter 2025)

New facility for GAS in February 2025. Community Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Lots of

ortho, regional blocks, general, urology, gi, future vascular growth opportunity.

1099 $330,000-$360,000. Sign on options, paid upon graduation or up front. 8 weeks off. Most

work weeks are just 4 weekdays. Rotate with 13 providers.

Honor Health Four Peaks Medical Center (formerly Mountain Vista Medical Center) -

(currently full but likely to add winter 2025)

OR Team: Level 3 Trauma. East Mesa right off the 60. Great team of CRNAs here. Lots of ortho

and regional anesthesia. General surgery residency program. Spine, urology, cath lab, podiatry,

endo. We have a dedicated CRNA Cardiac team with potential to add another provider with

growth. Pay over 320k. 7-8 weeks off. Post call shifts off.

Banner Boswell Medical Center Currently full, though likely to expand early 2026

New 2024 facility for the GAS family. Boswell offers a big variety of high acuity cases. Ortho,

Regional, spine, thoracic, gyn, uro, GI etc.... A great place to get your career on the right path

and be comfortable for anything throughout your future. Great location near Peoria and

Surprise. Annual Income over $320k 8-9 weeks off, post call and post late off. Great work life

balance!

Banner Del Webb Medical Center Currently full, though likely to expand early 2026

New 2024 facility for the GAS family. It is a busy medical center near Sun City, Surprise, Waddel,

Peoria. Lots of new growth and developments nearby. Busy Ortho department, lots of Regional

blocks, busy general surgery, endo, urology, gyn, spine, and GI. Great place to work, stay, retire,

but ultimately get the experience you need to become comfortable doing all types of cases

throughout your career. Annual 1099 Income over $320k Plus sign on bonus, 8-9 weeks off,

including post call and post late off. Average 4 work days per week. Great work life balance!

Honor Health Tempe Hospital - Currently Full

Honor Health Tempe Med Center is a smaller community hospital. 4 ORs, endo, ECT. We do

spine, ortho, General, bariatric, urology, gyn, podiatry, bread and butter. Great team. Rotates

call. Chill gig in Tempe. Pay 365k. 7 weeks off. Lots of early out days.

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus Currently full

Busy Community hospital right off the 101 loop in Glendale. Option to rotate with the L&D team

for those interested. OR includes: General, Ortho - Regional blocks, gyn, Urology, spine, cath

lab, GI, OB-GYN shifts available, no hearts, little vascular.

Great fun crew at Arrowhead. Strong leaders that help and support all our providers. Great

place to start your career and truly be set up for life. Annual Income $325,000 with 9 weeks off

a year, including a consecutive 15 day stretch off every 4 months. Average 4 days a week of

work. Post call off. Post afternoon shifts off. Great work life balance!

Banner Ironwood Medical Center - Currently Full

This is such a great family community. Our GAS team at Ironwood is such a fun, drama free

crew. Ironwood Med center is a community hospital that does allow level 3 trauma. Ortho,

General, OB, regional blocks, Urology, gyn, etc... We are beginning to cover a Surgery Center on

campus soon as well and need to expand the team so we are Interviewing now for 1 more

CRNA. Annual Income $360+ , 7 weeks off.

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center Currently full

January 1 2025 start for GAS. Great location right off the freeway in Chandler. 8 provider team.

Rotate OR and OB. Experience required. Ortho, General, gyn, uro, GI. Regional Blocks. 13 weeks

off. $345k annual income minimum. Work Life Balance.

Our group covers exclusively contracted medical centers, which is important for a couple

reasons. First, it is only our group that covers it. We are surrounded by our own team members

that support each other and are resources for each other. Second, being in a busy medical

center means we get a big variety of cases. Providers do not get pigeonholed into only being

able to handle one or two types of cases, like a specialty hospital.

A priority of GAS is having competitive market rates with flexibility in scheduling. Nice schedules

and the ability to trade and swap shifts amongst the home team assures Work-Life balance.

There are also plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts (i.e. make more money) for

those eager to pay off loans.

Our facilities are all in the Phoenix area which offers some of the best places to live in the

country.
