What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership : Act as the trusted advisor and right hand to the Americas HR Director, ensuring our global HR programs and policies are seamlessly implemented and tailored to regional needs.

HR Excellence : Lead and harmonize HR processes across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Data & Analytics, Learning & Development, Labor & Payroll, and HRIS to guarantee best-in-class, standardized practices.

Continuous Improvement : Champion the HR “customer experience” by embedding best practices and driving ongoing enhancements in all HR areas.

Succession & Talent : Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen succession planning and identify critical skills for current and future business success.

Workforce Planning : Partner with Finance, Sales, Program Management, Industrial, and other teams to anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape HR strategies.

Change Leadership : Be a catalyst for positive change, challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Future-Focused : Promote a forward-looking HR mindset that aligns people capabilities with business growth, competitiveness, and future organizational design.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or business is a plus.

Experience : Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in an industrial or matrixed environment.

Skills :

Strong command of English; Spanish is a plus.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to influence and build alignment across multiple countries and stakeholders.

Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.

Willingness and ability to travel periodically across the Americas.
