A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager who will oversee healthcare SaaS implementations and ensure client delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation success from contract to stable production

Act as the operational backbone for strategic accounts, driving alignment across teams

Lead healthcare integrations and automation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of healthcare IT or healthcare SaaS delivery experience

Deep hands-on experience with EHR integrations, HL7, FHIR, and APIs

Proven success in leading complex enterprise healthcare implementations

Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering teams

Exceptional executive-level communication and client management skills
