$70,000 - $80,000 base (depending on experience) + Bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities (Financial Analyst) :

Analyze and interpret financial data to guide business decisions

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor key financial metrics

Assist leadership with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications (Financial Analyst) :

3+ years in a financial analyst or similar role

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial reporting
